Mischa Kuball's idea deals with the fact that the River and it s enviroment embodies all levels and sediments of knowledge – incl want went great and wrong in the last decades – the proposal is not about acusing or demanding, but about a ‚momento' of looking at the river – and it s enviroment - as a body of knowledge, archive, encyclopaedia – all resembled by the idea of UNIVERSITY;
